Doubt

To be uncertain about, consider questionable or unlikely, or hesitate is doubt. It is the the polar opposite of hope. It exists. It can lead you into a path of vice while exploiting your weaknesses. It is weak-hearted and uses many measures to laugh at you. Any person can become a victim.

How does it come about? Well there are expectations that are made. Usually the expectations are denied. So there is a repeated experience denial, in which the human spirit encounters. What leads one to doubt? The catholic church would blame one of the seven deadly sins that wants you to worship its demons. It could be pride. Dante defined pride as "love of self perverted to hatred and contempt for one's neighbor." Pride creates doubt because the self perverted view of the world becomes weakened by a denial.

Whether doubt is perverted, is not the problem. It is a part of solving the problem, however, a generality such as doubt cannot be specific. Doubt is the sword on the soldier who fights for misfortune. Any person can create there own fortune, however, it is the person who is misinformed on purpose that blames misfortune. Chance and luck can create equality, when the variables are leveled. Should we blame those who are at the top, maybe, but if nothing is being done to combat their place at the top then the top cannot be blamed.

Where does that lead you?

It lets you know, how doubt operates. How it works matters more then what made it. Whenever doubt arises, there is only a few ways to combat it. Attack what you have doubt on by confronting it. By confronting doubt, you are saying hey I do not believe you. The image of placement is really what causes doubt. You believe something should be this way, that it should happen a certain way. These beliefs are what causes doubt.

Perseverance is the measure of overcoming doubt. Work through your doubt and achieve. Achievement is the culmination of perseverance. You cannot never be denied in the world of mediation and discipline.

Here is a clip from a man who did not show much doubt in his career.
